01
System design
For HVAC and mechanical systems we develop tailor-made, high-efficiency solutions for special applications that guarantee low-cost operation, using current CAD software and following the applicable standards throughout.
- Heat load and psychrometric calculation
- Duct and pipe sizing
- Equipment selection and schedules
- Coordinated CAD drawings for approval
02
Duct manufacturing
Fabrication follows SMACNA standards. The process starts with job estimation and approved CAD drawings, then job scheduling and quality checks through each of the production lines in our factory.
- Galvanised sheet metal — rectangular and round, single or double skin
- Tested for all pressure applications
- Pre-insulated rectangular ducts and fittings
- Fabrication to SMACNA and ASTM standards
03
Pre-insulated duct
Panel duct substitutes for traditional sheet metal duct and resolves a number of problems in the older systems — a strong structure that is light, quick to install and hygienic over the long run.
- Light weight, strong structure
- Fire retardant
- Low leakage and low sound rates
- More hygienic; approved by ASHRAE
04
Aluminium cladding & accessories
Sealed cladding for duct works and water pipes protects the insulation and extends its service life. We supply and fit the accessories that make a system controllable.
- Cladding for duct works and water pipes
- Volume control and fire dampers
- Aluminium filters
- Sand traps
05
Piping & ducting installation
Selection of pipe and duct materials, valves, supports and anti-vibration mounts, and the installation itself, all follow international standards. Pipe is kept clean, dry and free of rust and welding flux, then pressure tested and valves adjusted before insulation starts.
- Refrigeration and chilled water pipes
- Firefighting, plumbing and sanitary pipes
- Duct air tightness tested to SMACNA pressure class
- Anti-bacterial, non-toxic insulation materials
06
Implementation
Mechanical projects start with site inspection, coordination with the other contractors and safety arrangements. Installation then follows the international standards, with testing, adjusting and balancing before hand over.
- Site inspection and trade coordination
- Safety arrangements before works begin
- Testing, adjusting and balancing
- Materials per the manufacturer's technical data sheet
07
Maintenance
Maintenance keeps equipment inside the envelope it was designed for. We plan the programme around your operating hours so the building keeps running while the plant gets looked after.
- Planned preventive maintenance contracts
- Corrective and emergency call-out
- Spare parts and equipment supply
- Condition reporting against the design intent
08
Air quality control
We spend roughly 80% of our time inside conditioned space. If anyone in the building suffers from allergies or respiratory problems, or you are seeing dust, the system needs cleaning. We deep-clean the A/C system and its ducts with high-tech equipment, trained and certified technicians, and a 100% chemical-free bio-disinfectant that is potent against bacteria and harmless to people.
- Full system and duct deep cleaning
- Chemical-free bio-disinfectant
- Before and after inspection
- Works follow NADCA recommendations
09
Cooling stores & restaurant service
Our experience extends to restaurant service — we design, supply, install and maintain kitchen appliances, cold rooms and display refrigeration, along with extract systems for hood and odour control.
- Cooling stores and freezers
- Multideck refrigerators and display chillers
- Ice makers, ice cream and juice machines
- Hoods, ovens, grills, proofing cabinets and dishwashers
- Water chillers and water cooling for industrial or residential use
10
Automation
Automation for industrial, commercial and residential projects: monitor, control and protect the system to hold stability and keep operating cost down. We also build tailor-made solutions that let older plant communicate with new building technology.
- BMS and control panel design and installation
- Retrofit interfaces for existing plant
- Smart home and fire alarm integration
- Monitoring and fault reporting
